Chapeau de Napoleon / Crested Moss. Discovered in 1827 as a sport of
Centifolia Muscosa. The major characteristic of this rose is the fringed sepals
on the flower bud. It is said to look like Napoleon's hat. Once blooming, pink
flowers with a strong fragrance. Zones 5 - 9. Colder areas may require winter
protection.
